Oak Grove, the lavish, 10-acre estate in Sweetwater Club where local real-estate legend E. Everette Huskey lived and entertained presidents and millionaires, has hit the market with an asking price of $3.95 million. Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty has been appointed exclusive sales and marketing agent for the five-bedroom, four-bath home, located in the private, gated Seminole County community. The 7,000-square-foot house has received over $1 million in recent renovations. Presidents Jimmy Carter and Gerald Ford were among the luminaries who stayed at Oak Grove.
