Firm scores land bargain

National Land Co. has won the right to purchase a land-locked 4.85-acre parcel and fold it into its planned 20-acre estate-home development in West Palm Beach. The $1.6 million deal was approved by the Palm Beach County Commission earlier this week. The parcel came with no legal access. National Land’s adjacent tract for the planned Lake Trail Estates provided the missing link and made the parcel a bargain for developer David Paladino.
