ZipRealty, an Emeryville, Calif.-based company that has a Palm Beach County office, is expected to see prices fall 10 percent in 2008, CEO Pat Lashinsky said Monday. ZipRealty reported that first-quarter revenue fell to $20.6 million from $23.4 million a year earlier. Its net loss widened to $7.3 million from $3.1 million a year earlier.
