Buyers from northern New Jersey have closed on the five-bedroom penthouse unit at Ocean’s Edge at Singer Island. The $5.95 million penthouse, which crowns and encompasses the entire top floor of the Toll Brothers’ new 18-story boutique building, is the largest condominium residence ever built on the barrier island in northern Palm Beach County. It has 7,977 square feet of living space and another 3,650 square feet of terraces.
