Foreign buyer pays $100M for Trump estate

Trump’s 80,000-square foot oceanfront estate in Palm Beach is under
contract to sell for its asking price of $100 million to an unnamed
foreign buyer. This price breaks the county record price set by Sidney
Kimmel last month. Sources say the buyer may demolish the mansion, at
515 N. County Road, and subdivide the 6-acre property, which has 475
feet of ocean frontage. Trump paid $41.35 million for the property in
2004, and had originally listed it for $125 in 2006, before lowering
the price.
