Mercy Hospital condo plan may expire

Mercy Hospital’s plan to build high-rise condominiums on its property suffered a setback when a state Circuit Court appellate panel overturned a rezoning measure that would allow construction. Miami commissioners voted last year to rezone the 6.7-acre hospital parking lot to allow developer Related Group to build a three-tower complex on property zoned government/institutional.
