Woolbright Development has broken ground on its Valencia Square shopping center in Boca Raton. The 155,000-square-foot complex, located at the northwest corner of Jog and Woolbright roads, is slated to open late this year. Tenants will include Wachovia Bank, Publix and DryClean USA.
