Coldwell Banker offers 10-day sale on 1,000 homes

Sarasota-based Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is holding a 10-day sale on over 1,000 properties, including around 400 homes and condos in Palm Beach County and around 300 in Broward County. Prices will be cut by at least 5 percent, and an average of 9.1 percent in Palm Beach and 9.5 percent in Broward. Coldwell Banker held a similar sale on 847 homes in the Tampa area in March — it yielded 65 contracts.
