Lake Worth strip mall, office building trade hands

Bleeker-Grove Associates has sold three adjacent parcels on S. Dixie
Highway in Lake Grove for a total of $1.9 million to Lake Worth Plaza
LLC. The properties included a 5,000-square-foot shopping strip at 210
S. Dixie Highway which sold for $850,000; 5,795-square-foot shopping
strip at 220 S. Dixie Highway which sold for $650,000; and a
5,300-square-foot office building at 230 S. Dixie Highway which sold
