Miami office rents rise fastest

Miami showed the steepest increase in office rents of any North American
market over the one-year period ending March 31, 2008, according to a
report released by CB Richard Ellis. The market had a 29 percent gain
over that period, the report said. Runners-up included Panama City,
with a 28 percent increase, Seattle with a 26 percent increase, and
Houston with a 25 percent gain. TRD
