Eden plans sprout anew

Developers of the still unfinished Eden condominium project in Boca Raton submitted a third plan for the four-building complex to the city this week. Builder Boca East now plans to construct 248 residential units at 300 W. Palmetto Park Road, according to its latest filing, which includes about 5,000 square feet of office space. Boca East is under investigation by the Department of Business Professional Regulation and the Economic Crimes Division of the state’s attorney general’s office because of allegations that the company failed “to adequately and timely complete the development as promised.”
