Boca Raton broker Grant Freer has launched an online real estate search and networking site called RealSeekr.com. The site has about 1.6 million property listings and plans to expand to 2.5 million listings by the end of July. The site connects to brokers in about 20 states to supply property information. RealSeekr competes with Roost.com, another real estate search site that’s building up its searchable inventory of active property listings by partnering with brokers in other states. The site run by RE/MAX, remax.com, uses Internet Data Exchange (IDX) feeds from multiple MLSs to power a national property search.
