Lake Worth WaMu Center downsizing

The 100,000-square-foot Washington Mutual Bank at 2601 10th Avenue N in Lake Worth is looking to give up most of its space. The bank hired Palm Beach County-based brokerage NAI/Merin Hunter Codman to handle leasing and property management of the four-story office building. Washington Mutual would like to lease up to 75,000 square feet of space out, with asking rents between $12 and $14 per square foot.
