Walgreens portfolio sells for $35M

Miami-based Lifter Realty has sold an eight-property Walgreens
portfolio to Walgreens Co. and its subsidiaries for $34.7 million. The
transaction, which was brokered by Marcus & Millichap, included
stores ranging from 13,450 to 15,525 square feet in Ocala, Lynn Haven
and Sanford, Florida, as well as locations in New York, Colorado and
Minnesota.
