Ex-Miami Beach mayor named ULI trustee

Former Miami Beach mayor Neisen Kasdin has been elected trustee of the international urban planning organization, the Urban Land Institute, and selected to serve as chair of the group’s 2008 ULI Fall Meeting and Urban Land Expo to take place in Miami Beach this October. Kasdin heads law firm Akerman Senterfitt’s national Land Use Practice Group. He previously served as Miami Beach city commissioner and chair of Miami Beach Community Development Corporation. TRD
