Marlins announce stadium’s construction, architect team

The Florida Marlins have announced that a joint venture between Hunt Construction Group and Moss & Associates will begin work on the team’s new stadium on the site of the Orange Bowl, near Downtown Miami, as soon as a construction management contract currently being negotiated is signed. The Hunt/Moss team has built more than $1 billion worth of projects in South Florida, including Florida Panthers’ hockey stadium in Sunrise, called the BankAtlantic Center. H.O.K. Sport will be the architect firm on the project.
