Wells Fargo refinances Boca properties

Wells Fargo Bank has arranged the refinancing of a Boca Raton retail center, called Mission Bay Plaza. The 272,886-square-foot center, which is located at Glades Road and State Road 7, is 96 percent occupied with 49 tenants. The bank also secured an $8.2 million loan on an industrial property in Boca Raton. The 118,800-square-foot property, called South Congress Warehouses, is fully occupied.
