A group of owners at the Tesoro development in Port St. Lucie will auction off 16 lots and six homes in a June 28 auction. The Ginn Co. development homes recently sold for between $585,000 and $1.3 million, but have been on the market for some time, said Craig King, president and chief executive officer of Alabama-based J.P. King Auction Co., which is running the auction. The Tesoro auction will take place 11 a.m. Saturday, June 28, at SpringHill Suites in St. Lucie West. Bidders must bring a cashier’s check of $25,000 to bid on a house or $10,000 to bid on a lot. Owners must sign off on the winning bids to seal any deals.
