Ft. Lauderdale gets new medical offices

Lauth, an Indianapolis developer, has started building a pair of class A medical office projects. One is in Fort Lauderdale, in the Imperial Point Medical center at 6401 North Federal Highway, and one is in New Port Richey, in Morton Plant North Bay Hospital, at 6600 Madison Street. The two total 113,500 square feet. The values of the projects were not disclosed. They are slated to open in a year.
