Lease signed at one of South Florida’s largest buildings

The warehousing, transportation and logistical support company Miami
International Freight Solutions will lease 75,000 square feet at
Centergate at Gratigny, an office park located at Gratigny Parkway and
Northwest 42nd Avenue in Miami. The space will be leased in a
978,000-square-foot building that is one of the largest in South
Florida. Commercial brokerage firm Fairchild Partners represented both
MIFS and the landlord, Higgins Development Partners, in the deal. The
terms were not disclosed. The park currently has 1.6 million square
feet of office and industrial space, and Higgins Development Partners
plans to build two additional buildings at the site, adding 630,000
square feet. TRD
