Donald Trump’s colossal Palm Beach estate, Maison De L’Amitie, will close for $100 million dollars in a few weeks. Lawrence Moens, the listing agent, had only been showing the site since March, though several other brokers had the listing before him, including Dolly Lenz and Cristina Condon. “I don’t even remember that Dolly had the listing, to be honest,” Trump said. “Considering I have a photographic memory, her offers obviously didn’t have a big impact — but I like Dolly and she does other work for me — add that in!” The estate sold to Russian fertilizer billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev, the largest single-family sale in the country’s history. Lenz said Trump rejected a $90 million offer, although he had paid only $41.35 million for the property.
