Boca building fetches $42 Million

Commercial firm Flagler Development Co. has paid $42.25 million for a 160,000-square-foot office building at 8051 Congress Avenue in Boca Raton, according to local property records. IBM leases the entire building. The sale, which closed last week, was brokered by the Miami office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.
