Shopping center deal for Sperry Van Ness

Commercial Plaza, a shopping center in Tamarac, Broward County, sold for $4.06 million. The property at 5301 N. State Road 7 was bought by Margate-based TML Associates. The 3.54-acre center was built in 1975. Its 45,000-square-foot space is 76 percent occupied by Hong Kong BBQ and Las Panteras, according to Sperry Van Ness, which represented both buyer and seller in the deal.
