$4.2M office condo sells in Ft. Lauderdale

The penthouse office condo of Fort Lauderdale’s Galleria Corporate
Centre has sold for around $4.2 million to an entity named Banyan
1030-32. The 12,398-square-foot unit is the largest in the building,
which is located at 2455 East Sunrise Boulevard. Bush Development Group
owns the 13-story, 168,844-square-foot building, and is currently
giving it a $4 million makeover. TRD
