Laura and Lee Munder’s 16,000-square-foot spread at 1029 N. Ocean Blvd. is reportedly under contract for about $30 million, not far off the $34.5 million asked for the residence. It sits on a parcel measuring well over an acre with 190 feet of ocean frontage. The 1950-vintage, Georgian style house has six bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, and was designed by architect John Volk. The sellers, investor Lee Munder and jewelry designer Laura Munder, have hired their son at Corcoran to market the house. He also served as their agent in their recent $12 million purchase of a lakefront penthouse at the Il Lugano building at 300 Seminole Ave.
