Manalapan oceanfront declines in value

While Palm Beach oceanfront prices are climbing, developer Frank McKinney says Manalapan prices are down 10 percent in the past 18 months. McKinney is selling Acqua Liana, a $29 million green mansion being built at 620 South Ocean Boulevard. The Real Deal featured the property in its March issue. McKinney is also selling a large lot just south for $42.9 million.
