Marcus & Millichap expands Florida staff

Although some commercial real estate firms are downsizing because of the market, commercial brokerage Marcus & Millichap is expanding its Florida staff. The firm opened its first Florida office in 1997 in Fort Lauderdale, and has since opened offices in Tampa, Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville and Vero Beach. Marcus & Millichap is shuffling directors between its Florida offices to facilitate the growth.
