The Related Group plans a luxury hotel and condominium development in South Beach, in a venture with the Orient-Express hotel company. The project, slated to open in three years, has a price tag of $150 million and will include 100 hotel rooms and 28 condos priced from $2 million. Orient-Express operates eight hotels in the United States and has several others in Latin America.
