Palm Beach estate lists for $72.5M

Terry Taylor, the president of car dealership operator Automotive Management Services, is listing his oceanfront Palm Beach mansion for $72.5 million, almost three times the price he paid for it in 2003. The 1924, Addison Mizner-designed estate is located at 780 South Ocean Boulevard. The main house includes nine bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a movie theater, exercise room, wine cellar and private generator. The estate also has two three-car garages and a pool house, all of which have guest apartments above.
