Pompano shopping center sells

Chicago-based RMS Properties has purchased a 57,000-square-foot retail
center in Pompano Beach for $6.35 million, with plans to rehabilitate
and renovate the property. Beachway Shopping Center, located on 3.6
acres at 800 N. Federal Highway, traded at 74 percent occupancy. Sperry
