Icon Brickell nears completion

The Icon Brickell development has topped off its two 58-story towers and the 50-story Brickell Tower/Viceroy Hotel, designed by Arquitectonica. The complex is expected to be ready for occupancy in September 2009. Miami’s Related Group developed the 4.6 million-square-foot, 1,794-unit property, located at 501 Brickell Avenue. Icon Brickell is 93 percent sold and prices for the units range from $500,000 up to approximately $1 million, according to a representative at the development’s call center.
