Colliers Abood Wood-Fay assisted in an $11.9 million deal for a 5.5-acre site next to Mall of the Americas off the 836 Expressway. Kahn Family Enterprises of South Florida Ltd. sold the property, formerly occupied by Expressway Toyota, to Albert Maury, as trustee for Leon Medical Centers. The Colliers Abood Wood-Fay automotive group advises car dealership owners on property sales, and has about $100 million worth of similar transactions in progress, according to senior commercial associate Owen Cone.
