Donald Trump closed the sale of his Palm Beach mansion to a Russian billionaire on Tuesday. The sales deed lowballed the headlined $100 million deal, listing the price as $95 million, according to buyer’s attorney Robert Brody. Trump paid $41.35 million for the house in 2004. The mansion, at 515 N. County Road, was sold to an entity known as County Road Property LLC. Russian fertilizer billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev acknowledged last month that he is the buyer.
