The Addison Minzer-designed mansion known as Casa Nana is back on the
Palm Beach market, at twice the price it changed hands for in 2003. The
nine-bedroom, 14-bathroom Mediterranean Revival home sits on 3 acres at
780 S. Ocean Blvd. It has 268 feet of ocean front, guest quarters above
a three-car garage and a basement with a movie theater, a lounge and
wine cellar. A cabana on the east side of Ocean Boulevard has a
kitchenette, changing rooms and a full bath. The Corcoran Group is
sharing the listing with Linda A. Gary Real Estate. In 2003, Lowell
“Bud” Paxson and his wife, Marla, sold the 1926 estate to car dealer
Terry Taylor.
