Several Starbucks to shut in South Florida

Starbucks has announced plans to close at least 10 of its shops in Broward and Palm Beach, and 59 locations statewide. Two stores in Dade County will close, at Southwest 160th Street and U.S. 1 in Miami and at 750 Northeast 125th Street in North Miami. Broward Starbucks that are closing include 1100 West Broward Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, the Lakes Mall on State Road 7 and the Coral Square Mall on Atlantic Boulevard, in Pompano Beach. The company’s Palm Beach locations that are closing include one at Lake Ida and Jog Roads in Delray Beach, on Town Center Drive in Jupiter, Boynton Beach Mall on North Congress Avenue and City Place II on Rosemary Avenue in West Palm Beach.
