Thor buys Collins Ave retail

Thor Equities has purchased retail property on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach.
Thor plans to renovate and expand the building, after which it will
have 11,406 square feet of space on three levels. The building will
have 4,000 square feet on the ground floor, and 130 feet of street
