Tenant fills up Dorsal property

Landlord ING Clarion, a U.S. subsidiary of ING Real Estate, has reached
100 percent occupancy at its 285,000-square-foot International
Distribution Center in Dorsal, after signing a 65,000-square-foot lease at the
building. Transwestern South Florida brokered the transaction on behalf
of the landlord. A 100,000-square-foot addition to the property is
expected to come online in the second quarter of 2009. TRD
