Alan Krause has been named construction manager for the $1.8 billion
One Bayfront Plaza project, Florida East Coast Realty’s mixed-use
development planned for Biscayne Boulevard. One Bayfront now
incorporates two 70-story towers with two million square feet of class
A office space, 112,000 square feet of upscale retail space and an
850-room, four-star convention hotel with 120,000 square feet of
exhibition and banquet facility space. Permits were approved in 2007,
and further refinements will be filed with the Miami Buildings
department no later than early 2010, according to Tibor Hollo, founder,
chairman and president of Florida East Coast Realty.
