Law firm leases at One Biscayne Tower

The law firm Foley & Lardner LLP has signed a lease for a
25,500-square-foot office in One Biscayne Tower, located at Two South
Biscayne Boulevard. The deal, which brings the firm into the 19th floor
of the tower, allows for its expansion to floors 18 and 20 in early
2009, should the company continue to grow. One Biscayne Tower was voted
building of the year in 2001 by the Building Owners and Managers
Association’s Greater Miami-Dade chapter. TRD
