Flowers distribution network blooms in deal

Amprop Development Corp., a Miami-Dade County-based company, sold a nine-property Florida distribution center portfolio to an Atlanta-based investment group for $16.7 million. The buyer’s identity was not disclosed. Thomasville, Ga.-based Flowers Food leases and occupies all nine locations. The largest property in the portfolio is a 10,560-square-foot facility in Opa Locka, Fl. The other seven Florida properties range in size from 6,900 square feet to 9,687 square feet, and are located in Perrine, Sweetwater, Pompano Beach, Jacksonville, Pembroke Park, Sunrise and Riviera Beach.
