Coral Gables tower fetches $90M in sale

The 16-story office tower at 355 Alhambra has traded hands for a reported $90 million price. AEW Capital Management, a Boston-based institutional pension fund adviser, bought the 224,049-square-foot building from J.P. Morgan Investment Management. Terms of the sale were not disclosed, but people close to the deal put the price tag close to $90 million. The Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets Group represented J.P. Morgan in the deal.
