Jordanian Princess Alia Al-Hussein, the eldest daughter of the late King Hussein, and her husband have purchased a Palm Beach estate, at 1320 N. Lake Way, for $11 million. The couple owned the property next door, at 1330 N. Lake Way, and wished to expand. The seller was Thomas M. Shane, executive chairman of the jewelry retailer Shane Co. He paid $8.26 million for the 8,900-square-foot home in 2004.
