Palm Beach retail hub Royal Poinciana Plaza will get another chance and a major renovation under a new architectural design, investors Brian Kosoy and Adam Munder hope. They have hired Ann Beha Architects of Boston and landscape architect Morgan Wheelock Inc. to create a redevelopment plan that will pass muster with town officials, who have shot down previous plans for the 12-acre property on the Intracoastal Waterway. In April, Kosoy, a Palm Beach resident who heads West Palm Beach-based retail developer the Sterling Organization, and Munder, managing director of Rednum Capital Partners, signed a 50-year lease on the site.
