Doral office tower tops off

Developers Shoma Homes and Shoma Development Corporation have topped
off construction on the office component of the mixed-use project Park
Square at Doral, located on 51 acres at 3600 NW 82nd Street. The
231,500-square-foot Class A facility, to be called One Park Square, is
expected to be delivered to the market in December. Cushman &
Wakefield is the exclusive listing agent for the offices. When
completed, the Park Square project will also include a
130,000-square-foot high-end retail component, as well as residential
loft units and townhouses. TRD
