Two Miami warehouses move

Paint distributor Romar Distribution has sold one Miami warehouse and
purchased another. Romar sold the 24,706-square-foot building at 8100
Northwest 68th Street to Alrich, Inc. for $2.7 million. The warehouse
will be used for Ace Tire inventory. Romar also paid $5.6086 million
for a 63,000-square-foot building at 3550 Northwest 112th Street, on
4.82 acres of land. Agricultural processor Archer Daniels Midland
Company sold the property. Coldwell Banker brokered both transactions. TRD
