Closings underway at 1060 Brickell

Closings are now underway at 1060 Brickell, Extell Development’s
576-unit condo recently completed in Downtown Miami. The apartments,
which range in size from 570 to 2,500 square feet, are priced from
$250,000 to $1.5 million. Sales began in late July. The two-tower
development has 10 stories of loft apartments, an 11-story parking
garage, ground-floor retail space and an amenity deck on the 12th
floor. Amenities include pools, gardens, a wine and cigar lounge,
fitness center, game room and family room. TRD
