Boston investment firm TA Realty bought a three-building portfolio from JP Morgan Asset Management, paying $60.1 million for 1400 CentrePark, 1401 Northpoint and Centurion Tower at 1601 Forum Place, all in West Palm Beach. Morgan bought the buildings in 2006. It did renovations and boosted the rents. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP represented the seller in the transaction.
