German firm takes 62,500 sf in Miramar

Miramar Centre Business Park will be the site of the new North American headquarters of ZF Marine, a subsidiary of ZF Friedrichshafen AG, a German-based manufacturer of transmissions for airplanes, ground vehicles and marine vessels. The company took a 10-year, 62,552-square-foot lease that begins on January 1, 2009. It will move from its current Hollywood location.
