Palm Beach prices dropped 14%

Palm Beach County home prices fell 14 percent in the second quarter of this year compared to a year ago, the Florida Association of Realtors said. The median price of an existing single-family home fell to $327,500 from $380,600. In the Treasure Coast, the typical sale plunged 31 percent to $162,300. The median condo price in Palm Beach County fell 26 percent to $157,000 during April, May and June. The median condo price in the Treasure Coast was $174,000, down 15 percent.
