Target targeted for rebuild

Retailer Target has announced plans to lay off 90 employees at its Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard store on October 7. The company will demolish its 85,000-square-foot store at 1760 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. and build a 150,000-square-foot store. It received permission for the project last year.
